What does your home office space look like?

If you are a creative like me who does not need a lot of space for work, you are most likely working from home. Or maybe you are starting a new business and you do not have the resources to rent an office space yet. None the less, working from home can be challenging. I have always worked from home, so I have found there needs to be strict boundaries in place to stay focused; having a specifically selected area to do your job is definitely one of them.

Fortunately for me, there is an office space in our house, so for me to have a “work room” is quite simple. Your work space also needs to be visually appealing and tidy. And by visually appealing, I don’t mean that you need to go out and purchase new furniture; I mean that you should work with what you have and make it beautiful for yourself. This space where you work needs to promote productivity and creativity; you need to like being in that area when you are working.
