Remember to take a break

Just got back from a relaxing little breakaway in the bushveld! What good it does for the soul. When last did you rest your mind and body? Taking a break every now and again is very important for mental and physical health.

We need to take care of ourselves for our personal well being and for our business sake. Not only that but if you are a creative it is also great to let go and obtain a “reset” so you can get your creative juices flowing again.

Sometimes it feels like you just can’t seem to think of any new ideas, solutions or strategies and in the end al you needed was to step away for a while, rest, recuperate and ta-da, the ideas come flowing in!
